Flodesk launches email deliverability tools for small businesses
Flodesk, an email marketing and e-commerce platform used by more than 100,000 small businesses and creators, has announced a platform-wide commitment to the best email deliverability in the industry. The first step is the Deliverability Center, available now for every Flodesk member.
Email deliverability is whether a message reaches the inbox, lands in spam or is rejected before it arrives. Gmail, Yahoo, Apple, Outlook and other inbox providers make that decision for every email based on three signals: whether the sender’ s domain is authenticated, whether the sender meets each provider’ s requirements and how recipients engage with what they receive. For a small business, an email that never reaches the inbox is a booking, a sale or a relationship that never happened.
Flodesk has long managed deliverability behind the scenes, and the results show it. Across more than 14 billion emails sent by Flodesk members and analysed for the company’ s 2026 Email Marketing Trends Report, the spam complaint rate was 0.01 percent.
Google asks bulk senders to stay below 0.30 percent and recommends under 0.10 percent. The Center brings that work to the surface. It puts the data in members’ hands as sending requirements keep changing, so they can see shifts as they happen and act on them right away.
