Infobip supports UK start-ups and scale-ups with critical omnichannel communication

L ondon-based AI-first cloud communications platform, Infobip, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, has supported UK start-ups and scale-ups with hundreds of thousands of pounds in value of its products and services through its Startup Tribe Programme.

Infobip launched its Startup Tribe Programme in May 2021 to help mission-driven start-ups and scale-ups to build and manage their customer communications and engagement strategy and grow their business.
It does this by providing access to around £ 45,000 in credits for Infobip’ s services and its global network of advisors, investors and accelerators. In the first five years, Infobip has provided millions in the value of products and services to start-ups on its programme to scale globally.
By eliminating the need to build a global communications infrastructure from the ground up, Infobip’ s programme enables start-ups to focus on what really matters: developing their product and scaling their business.
UK Startup Tribe member, Matija Marijan, CEO at UK-based in-destination hotel platform, Turneo, said:“ For start-ups pushing technology into new territory, that kind of support is everything. Plenty of programmes talk about free credits. Infobip Startup Tribe delivers something far more valuable; real partnership when it counts. We moved to Infobip and migrated all work in one day. That alone says a lot. What really made it work was the Startup Tribe team. They are fast, responsive and genuinely collaborative.”
UK Startup Tribe member, Nina Šesto, CEO and Co-founder at health business, Megi, said:“ Infobip Startup Tribe allowed us to experiment and build from a very early stage, even before we were fully established as a company. The platform enabled us to scale our solution and reach patients through channels they already use. Beyond the technology, the team was professional, approachable and supportive, which made a meaningful difference in our growth.”
Lucija Reić, Startup Ecosystem Team Lead at Infobip, said:“ In the first five years, our Startup Tribe Programme has helped new and ambitious firms achieve their business objectives and scale up through the engagement and reach offered by our global communications platform. As we celebrate Infobip’ s 20th anniversary, our goal is to help the startups and scale-ups we support to reach two decades in business with access to our market-leading services and global network of world-class investors, funds and accelerators.”
