W about having all the answers, but about never stopping the search for the right answers? Meet iSynergy, a digital agency where curiosity fuels growth, AI meets human curiosity and every challenge is a chance to apply what’ s been learnt so far.

At its helm is Michaela Good, a leader who turned childhood tech tricks into a career of breaking down complex problems with creative solutions. But how does a team stay ahead in a world that changes daily? Behind the scenes lies a small yet mighty technology team keeping client websites running 24 / 7 with little fuss and no drama. Their secret? Embracing the unpredictable, one bold client partnership at a time.
From typing games to tech leadership, Good’ s journey into technology was practically written in her DNA. Growing up in a household immersed in IT – her father being a network manager and cousins working in tech – Good was surrounded by the hum of hard drives and the curiosity of code.
Her high school years brought more handson experience, thanks to a supportive environment and a struggling economy that pushed her to help with technical support for the school.“ This gave me invaluable hands-on experience at a young age – an opportunity most students don’ t typically have,” Good said.
After earning her degree in Computer Science from Slippery Rock University in 2010, Good joined iSynergy as an IT Manager straight out of college. What followed was a steady climb through the company’ s ranks – from Project Manager to Operations Manager, and now, as Executive Vice President.
