EDITOR’ S NOTE

ELLO AND A WARM welcome to the 55th

H edition of Intelligent SME. tech. On this month’ s front cover, we feature Sean Reddington, Founder of The Reddington Pub Company, which is based in the UK. The company began with a pub called The Old Vol in the county of Lincolnshire in England. Since then, the business has grown to include two more pubs in Nottinghamshire, with plans to open two more this year.

Reddington’ s vision was simple: offer quality food and drink, create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere and become an integral part of the local community. And this vision is working. Reddington said:“ That initial vision continues to guide us as we grow and evolve and keeps us on the straight and narrow.” He speaks about what he thinks makes a good pub, his approach to hiring and building customer loyalty in difficult times.
