H edition of Intelligent SME. tech. On this month’ s front cover, we feature Zeph King, COO at Real Drinks Group, which is based in the UK. It is a drinks retailer which supplies drinks to retailers and directly to consumers, manages sales and creates new drinks. The company is growing in size and it needed a solution to transform its operations and prepare it for further growth. It chose Oracle NetSuite, which supports critical functions such as accounting, financials, order entry, purchasing, invoicing and inventory management.

King discusses the transformative effect Oracle NetSuite has had on the business. The company considered several ERP systems but ultimately chose NetSuite for its flexibility and growth potential. Through this choice, Real Drinks Group has streamlined order processing and ensured accurate invoicing, helping the company to bolster its relationships with suppliers and customers alike.
