Our Editor ’ s Question this month focuses on how SMEs can work towards achieving net zero . There are some helpful and attainable tips on page 20 – 23 to help businesses approach the sometimes overwhelming issue of sustainability , and when it is broken down by the three experts , it makes the challenge seem more accessible for all .
Our feature on page 28 focuses on automation , and particularly on automation in the finance department . Companies are facing an ever-growing compliance burden as regulations increase and with skilled talent hard to come by , finance teams are trying to do more with less .
