25 of Intelligent SME . tech , especially as it is my first issue back after more than a year away on maternity leave . Thank you to my colleague , Catherine Darwen , who has been doing an amazing job of holding the fort while I have been away . She will now be the editor of two new magazines from Lynchpin Media called Intelligent Health . tech and Intelligent Fin . tech .
On the front cover of this month ’ s Intelligent SME . tech edition , we feature an Australian health insurer , Peoplecare , which recently implemented Boomi ’ s Atomsphere platform to boost personalisation , improve member value and support business compliance with the connected data framework . Peoplecare chose Boomi to help enable new , digital self-services , while also strengthening its existing contact centre for those who still want to speak to a person .
Our feature on page 41 focuses on how companies can build a strong Business Continuity Plan . Gregg Petersen , Regional Director – MEA at Cohesity , talks about how companies can put together a plan which will come into force if , for example , the phone lines go down or the supply chain suddenly breaks or the IT network falls victim to an external cyberattack . itself against potential compliance and security issues and laid the groundwork for richer access to local legal services in Queensland .
