European healthcare start-up accelerator launches in Paris
Sanofi , Capgemini , Generali and Orange have announced the creation of a joint venture to launch Future4care , Europe ’ s only healthfocused start-up accelerator programme . The objective is to stimulate the development of e-health solutions and their go-to-market , for the benefit of both patients and health professionals .
Healthcare providers , together with researchers and academics , who drive the success of digital health projects , will be fully integrated into this initiative including hospitals , healthcare institutions , higher education institutions , universities and patient associations .
The start-up selection process is based on two routes : either applications in response to a specific call for projects or a spontaneous application . The first call for projects will be launched in September 2021 around two themes : virtual care using digital tools and personalised care ( from diagnosis to treatment ).
Future4care is a unique open-innovation ecosystem in Europe . It is both a start-up accelerator and an Institute providing content on digital health and delivering reference certifications .
Mindtree among the UK ’ s top companies in customer satisfaction according to study
Mindtree , a global technology services and Digital Transformation company , has announced that it has ranked second for client satisfaction in the 2021 UK IT Sourcing Study , conducted by Whitelane Research in collaboration with PA Consulting . The company ’ s overall satisfaction score of 80 % was well above the industry average of 72 %.
This year ’ s ranking of 34 of the UK ’ s top IT / cloud service providers was based on an evaluation of more than 600 unique IT sourcing relationships and 800 cloud relationships by more than 250 participants of the top IT spending organisations in the UK .
All Mindtree customers surveyed for the study said they were satisfied with the company . The company ranked among the top five in four of the nine key performance indicators evaluated in the study . These include service delivery quality , cloud capabilities , account management quality and proactivity . Mindtree was also one of only five companies with solely satisfied customers for its application development , maintenance and testing capabilities .
A safe pair of hands for SMEs tackling information security and GDPR
Demonstrating its commitment to achieving excellent quality standards and processes , Fortis Data Protection and Compliance ( DPC ), which helps businesses ensure they are GDPR compliant has been awarded the IASME Gold Standard certificate and Quality Principles accreditation .
An alternative to the International Standard ISO9001 , Quality Principles recognises businesses that can show a high level of customer services and customer interactions are delivered through an organisation .
The IASME Governance standard allows small companies in a supply chain to demonstrate their level of cybersecurity and the measures in place to properly protect their customers ’ information .
The standard was developed over several years during a government funded project to create a cybersecurity standard as an alternative to the international standard , ISO27001 .
